Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how you can make changes or cancel.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're securing a product that isn't yet in stock. Full payment is collected at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched once the product is ready — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when it's on its way.

You can cancel a pre-order up until 7 days before the estimated ship date. After this point, cancellations are no longer accepted as your order will be in final preparation for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — however, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
